Q: When will I hear from my child's coach?  

League meetings for the respective programs occur 4-6 weeks after the end of sign-ups.  Coaches are encouraged at those meetings to contact their players within 48 hours following the meeting.  Because meetings take place at different times, one child may hear before another.

You can also check your account to find your child's coach and teammates.  Within a few hours after each league meeting, the rosters are made available on your account.  Under your child's name you will see the team name in bold print followed by "view team".  Click the "view team" link to find the coaches and their contact information, as well as a list of the players names only. 

To find the dates of the league meetings, click the sport's link under Recreation Programs, and look for schedule of coaches' meetings.  Before calling the office or sending an email, please check to assure the league meeting has already occurred before calling about which team your child is on.  Thank you.
