Instructions to Coaches and meeting dates

Rules:   Coach Pitch    Minors, Majors, Junior Pony    Pony    Softball

Helmet Survey Pre-Season  (must be completed by head coach)

Helmet Survey Post-Season  (must be completed by head coach)

Evaluation form  (must be completed online by head coach)

 

Equipment Return:

Dates will begin the week of July 19th.  Check here for dates and detailed instructions on returning equipment. 

Weather and tournament schedule will determine dates. 

Coaches need to return equipment, unused umpire money, and go online to your SportsSignUp account to complete the evaluation form  (click 'view team', then 'manage team info')

Clean and dry all equipment before returning.  Put equipment that needs replaced or repaired in a plastic grocery bag and not in the equipment bag.  Place balls in a separate plastic grocery bag.
