| League Meeting Schedule for 2010Due to space limitations all league meetings are for coaches only. Players may not attend. All meetings are held at the DYA office or Tommy's Pizza in the banquet room. Equipment pick-up begins 30 minutes before the start of the meeting and closes 5 minutes before the scheduled start. Coaches are instructed to notify players within 48 hours following their respective meeting and advise them which team they are on for the current season. Some coaches will call, many will use e-mail addresses provided on the application to send schedules, meetings, etc. You may also access your online DYA account and once the league meeting has been held, next to your child's name will appear the team name. Click that link to find teammates and contact information for coaches. With more than 1,900 participants expected this season, players and parents are asked to check their account first before calling the DYA office with inquiries as to which team the player is on. If still having trouble, please call and a volunteer will get back to you with the coach's name and number. Please note that league meeting schedules vary by league and one child may hear before another whose league meets later. Please do not panic. Also, some coaches may call immediately following the meeting but some coaches may not be able to call immediately. Again, please do not panic. Thank you.
