Basketball League Meeting Schedule for 2010-2011 Season

Due to space limitations all league meetings are for coaches only.  Players may not attend.  All meetings are held at Tommy's Pizza in the banquet room, unless otherwise indicated below.  

Coaches are instructed to notify players within 48 hours following their respective meeting and advise them which team they are on for the current season.  With more than 1,700 participants expected this season, players and parents are asked to check your team assignment online instead of calling the office for help.  Go to your account after the league meeting below to find your teammates and coach information.  Click 'view team' under your name.

Please note that league meeting schedules vary by league and one child may hear before another whose league meets later.  Please do not panic.  Some coaches may be able to call/email immediately following the meeting, while others may not be able to contact you immediately.  Please remember our volunteer coaches have full time jobs and families.  Again, please do not panic.  Thank you.

**  Middle school tryouts begin November 2nd for boys and girls.  High school girls begin the same day.  High school boys begin November 9th.  As soon as possible after the school teams are selected, a date will be set and coaches will be contacted about league meetings.  Many players signed up will be playing for their school teams following tryouts.  Ohio High School rules, which also govern middle school play, prohibit players from playing in our league while playing for their respective school teams.  Thus, the size of the leagues and the availability of coaches in many leagues depend largely on the results of school tryouts.
