Rules for Fall Baseball
Rookie League
Rookie League will play by
Bronco Minor rules, amended as follows for the fall:
l Pitchers may only
pitch two innings per game.
l A pitcher who
walks three batters in an inning will be removed as the pitcher. A coach
from the batting team will pitch the remainder of the inning.
l The 10 batter
rule is revised to 8 batters, and the 8th batter is the last batter, regardless
of what that batter does.
Same rules as summer leagues, amended as follows:
l Pitchers may only pitch three innings per game.
l On steals of second base with second and third base unoccupied at the time of the pitch, the baserunner may not advance to third on an overthrow
