All application forms for basketball, baseball, softball, tee-ball, golf, lacrosse, and volleyball can be picked up at the DYA office generally 20 days before the in-person sign-ups.  Save time, download an application online!

Following are the general times when the next in-person sign-ups occur for DYA programs.  Also, please watch the web site and Dublin newspapers for specific dates and times, if not noted below.

Lacrosse

December 15 through January 31each year

Baseball, Softball, Tee-Ball

December 15 through January 31 each year

Also, in person sign-ups held at
Indian Run Elementary Library or Commons
Last Saturday of January
9:00 am-11:00 am

Golf

April 25 through May 15 each year

Volleyball

May 1 through May 31 each year.
Late enrollment through July 31 on a space available basis.

Fall Baseball

July 1 through July 31 each year.
No late enrollment following league meetings.

Basketball
Travel Baseball

July 15 through September 10 each year

Also, historically, in person sign-ups held at the DYA office or Tommy's
the first Saturday after Labor Day.
