Travel Basketball Sign

Sign up online to tryout. This will add the player's name and information to the list of those trying out for teams. An application for recreation basketball must still be completed and turned in by the deadline on the application.

An added feature to signing up online to tryout is that reminder notices will be sent via e-mail the week before tryouts. Important note: Most people are following the directions for on-line registration and will receive e-mails. The service we use to for notification will not send e-mails to those who do not complete the process. We are finding most of the errors in completion are from parents who do not confirm the information entered and simply do not respond to the system's request to verify the information in order to establish their account.

If mailing the application and registration fee, you may also choose to attach a brief note stating the player is trying out and his name will be added to the list of those trying out.

At or before the tryouts, parents must submit a separate $85 tryout fee in order to tryout. For players making a team, the fee is applied along with the recreation registration fee to complete the total fee due for members of the team. For players not making a team, the $85 fee is returned and the player is automatically enrolled in the recreation league, provided they signed up by the registration deadline.

If you wish to include the second check for $85 before the tryouts, simply attach that check to the application. This $85 fee will not be cashed unless the player makes a team. Parents who write one check for both fees need to know that check will be cashed in order to complete the registration process for recreation league basketball. A refund will be sent following tryouts to those whose check was cashed and the player did not make the team. To make things easier for all, please submit a separate check for travel tryouts.
