Dublin Green Sox Travel Baseball - Tryout Information for the 2026 Season
All players interested in trying out for a 2026 Dublin Green Sox Travel Baseball team are required to register in advance at DYA.com. There will be no registrations taken at the field.
Players should register for the division based on their age as of 4/30/2026. For example, if your child is 10 years old as of 4/30/2026 then they should register for the 10U tryouts.
2026 Dublin Green Sox Travel Baseball Tryout Schedule:
7U & 8U: Wednesday, June 25 at Emerald Fields (Registration closes June 20)
9U & 10U new players: Monday, June 30 at Avery Park North (diamonds #5-9) (Registration closes on June 27)
9U & 10U returning players and invited new players: Wednesday, July 2 at Avery Park North (diamonds #5-9)
11U & 12U new players: Tuesday, July 1 at Avery Park North (diamonds #5-9) (Registration closes on June 28)
11U & 12U returning players and invited new players: Wednesday, July 2 at Avery Park North (Diamonds #5-9)
13U-18U Dublin Jerome HS players: Tuesday, July 15 at Darree Fields diamonds #12-13 (Registration closes July 11)
13U-18U Dublin Coffman HS players: Tuesday, July 15 at Darree Fields diamonds #12-13 (Registration closes July 11)
13U-18U Dublin Scioto HS players: Tuesday, July 15 at Darree Fields diamonds #12-13 (Registration closes July 11)
Tryout Times:
13U-15U: Tuesday, July 15 5:30-8:30 PM
16U-18U: Tuesday, July 15 4:30-5:30 PM
All players should arrive to tryouts no later than 30 minutes prior to the posted start time.
Parents must sign their player in prior to tryouts. Please plan to pick your child up at the conclusion of their age group time listed above. Tryouts are closed to the public.
Tryouts will consist of throwing, fielding, hitting, running and (when age appropriate) pitching/catching. All players will be evaluated by a returning Dublin Green Sox coach and independent evaluators.
Equipment: Players must bring their own equipment and water bottle.
Tryout registration fee: $25 per player (non-refundable)
